Sample room & pattern making

Computer-aided pattern making and in-house sample construction support development from your design. Sample feedback guides revisions before production details are confirmed.

Fabric preparation & cutting

Automated fabric spreading and cutting form part of our recorded setup. Approved patterns and material requirements guide the preparation of garment pieces.

Sewing & garment assembly

Our equipment includes lockstitch, overlock and coverstitch machines. The stitch and seam requirements depend on the approved construction for the garment.

Inspection & garment checks

Checks cover incoming materials, production, finished garments and pre-packing. Buyer specifications define the relevant dimensions and acceptance requirements.

Finishing & packing

Needle detection, pressing and packing are part of the production setup. Folding, assortments, bags and carton instructions should be agreed for the order.

Materials & specialist processes

We source fabric, trims and packaging. Printing and embroidery are coordinated with external partners, with artwork and sample requirements reviewed beforehand.
